This Personal Injury Paralegal supports through all phases of personal injury cases, from intake and pre-litigation through litigation and resolution. This role manages case files, gathers and organizes records, communicates with clients and insurance carriers, assists with settlements, and supports attorneys with discovery, court filings, and trial preparation.
